The Vineyard Café

The cafe provides alfresco style eating on a small scale, with stunning views over-looking the River Dart. If it is busy be prepared to wait as all food is cooked to order. The menu is refreshingly small celebrating the best of local, organic and Westcountry produce. A typical menu may include dishes such as:

  • Asparagus, red pepper & Sharpham Brie tarts with a basil pesto.
  • Organic char-griddled salmon with dill crème fraich, served on a salad.
  • Free-range chicken with a lemon & honey glaze.
  • Sharpham cheese Ploughmans with fruit and pickles.
  • Dressed crab with cucumber salad and herb leaves.
  • Dartmouth lobster dressed and served with fresh leaves.

 

Other light refreshments are available including: Tea & Coffee, Fruit Juices, Cakes and Ice cream.

How to Find Us

Leave the A381 Totnes to Kingsbridge road at the Ashprington turn off. Then follow brown tourist signs ‘Sharpham Vineyard’. In Ashprington turn left at the War Memorial and continue up the hill. We are 1 mile from the village.

Sorry, as our access is restricted, we cannot accept large coaches.
