This early harvested wine expresses a delightful spritz with a vibrant citrus mouthfeel. It is a wonderful example of the 2011 Vintage.  Fresh fruit flavours make this an ideal wine for early drinking and an excellent party wine!

Pinot Blanc & Seyval

SOUTHWEST VINEYARDS COMPETITION 2010 - SILVER 

Produced using the traditional method and bottle aged for nine months. A fresh, crisp style with elegant mousse and classy finish.

Sharpham Sparkling Pink. Pinot Blanc Seyval & Pinot Noir. A festive sparkling rosé wine made in the traditional method. This wine has a wonderful strawberry palate, with lovely refreshing citrus overtones.

This opulent Sparkling Pink with its effervescent mousse delivers

strawberry and cherry overtones, when combined with smoked

salmon this fizz expresses an irresistible pairing. Superb.

Lovely fruit aromas with supple delicate flavours and a just off-dry style, result in a wine ideal for drinking alone or with food. This wine makes for ideal early drinking.

Grape Variety - 100% Madeleine Angevine

This fine dry style exhibits the best qualities of English wine. An elegant wine characterised by its pale lemon colour and long refreshing finish. The taste of fresh citrus fruits gives a youthful fresh sensation with good balance and length. This wine makes for ideal early drinking. A great aperitif wine and an ideal accompaniment to fish and seafood.

Bacchus

This wine is produced from a slow cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. It is an off-dry style, well balanced with elegant tropical fruit aromas. The palate is fresh and fruity with a refreshing crisp finish. Bacchus 2010 is best served well chilled either on it’s own or with food.

SOUTHWEST VINEYARDS COMPETITION 2010 - TROPHY BEST WHITE WINE IN COMPETITION  TASTE OF THE WEST - SILVER

This very successful oaked style wine has been made at Sharpham since 1992 and is one of the few English wines to be fermented in new oak barriques. Reflecting the excellent vineyard conditions in 2009 the aromas and flavours are complex and balanced, giving a wine with great finesse. Ages well for up to 5 years. Great with spicy foods and oriental style dishes. It is a fantastic match for lightly char-grilled white meats or vegetables. Excellent with smoked fish.

ENGLISH AND WELSH WINE OF THE YEAR 2010 - SILVER 

SOUTH WEST WINE OF THE YEAR - TROPHY FOR BEST ROSÉ.

A refreshing Rosé produced from the Dornfelder variety. Cold maceration for twenty-four hours on the skins gives a rich, bright ruby colour together with ripe, summer fruit flavours. This rare wine is soft and fruity and makes perfect summer drinking. Ages well for up to 3 years. A beautiful accompaniment to cold meats; such as salami and ham and sweeter meats such as pork and pates. Also, great with white fish.

Aging Potential: ages well for up to 3 years.

Rondo

Summer Red has wonderful refreshing and ripe fruit flavours, delightfully balanced by a subtle oak finish. Serve at room temperature or lightly chill on a warm summers day. Drink now or allow to develop for a couple of years following the vintage.

Grape Varieties - 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot

This highly acclaimed dry red is made from grapes grown at Beenleigh Manor Vineyard and vinified at Sharpham. These classic varieties give wine with a firm structure and the ability to age beautifully.
